Instructions for installing the print head:

1. It is very important to install the print head to the printer. The main reason is that the print head is more expensive,  is more delicate, and the installation error may greatly affect the normal printing state ! In other words, a slight accident will cause damage to your print head! Therefore, it is necessary to talk about the precautions for the installation o! Be sure to follow the instructions to avoid unnecessary damage to the nozzle due to improper operation.

2. Before installing, first ensure that the machine is in normal motion, the ground wire of the machine is connected very well, the voltage on the carriage board is normal, and the voltage supplied by the nozzle is normal! The easiest way is to use a multimeter to measure the static electricity on the machine, the voltage of the carriage board, and the power supply voltage of the nozzle. The power supply voltage of the Epson fifth-generation nozzle is 42V DC!

3, using software to test all aspects of the machine movement is ok, the raster reading is normal, the indicator light is normal! Before installation, the installer's hands should touch the conductive body to discharge the hands. The operator's hands should not have sweat or moisture, because touching the nozzle line plug once the nozzle is inserted may cause the nozzle to be short-circuited! Also, don't wear plastic cloth that is easy to get static electricity. It is best to have an electrostatic ring in your hands if conditions permit. Always turn off the power and unplug the power cord during installation!

4. There is no less than two nozzle data plug-in on the general nozzle. Check whether the thread of the plug-in has a raised pin. Is it flat? It is better to use a new plug-in cable. Insert the plug-in cable on the nozzle. There is any tilt. The head line scale of the nozzle line is generally divided into two sides, one side is in contact with the circuit, the other side is not in contact with the circuit, and the direction is not wrong. After inserting it, it must be checked several times to confirm that there is no problem in installing the nozzle on the small frame.

5, the nozzle line connected to the car board: first of all, in the case of the machine to turn off the power, no electricity to operate! Can not be mistaken position, the corresponding position of the line coming out of the nozzle must be clear and then hands-on, there is hesitation or can not be allowed to try to install first, must consult the manufacturer or ask for the correct position of the cable position, or in the demolition Take a photo before changing and mark each line separately! Prevent the insertion when you can't start! Because the consequences will be very serious, once the error is very high, because the function on the nozzle line is not the same, the wrong insertion is inevitable! There is also the direction of the insertion of the thread can not be reversed, once inserted, although it may not burn, but there is a chance. Be sure to check more after plugging in the line.

6. Check all three to five times after installation. After confirming that there is no problem, turn on the power. It is best not to open the nozzle first. First, use the ink pump to draw the ink, then turn on the power supply. If the whole machine is a power switch, First check if the flashing is normal. The flashing is normal and the installation is successful. If the flashing is not normal, please turn off the power immediately and check if there is any problem elsewhere. This is to confirm the state of the new nozzle.

7, the installation of the nozzle must be careful, the work before installation can not be less, and must be clearly organized.

8. It is also critical to check whether the nozzle is a new nozzle before installing the machine.

9. When inserting the damper, do not let the ink drip onto the data line. Because the ink flows down the data line, it will enter the circuit directly. Entering the circuit may cause the short circuit to directly burn the head.
